We operate 12 separate cool rooms running different temperatures for the handling of different produce, 2 freezer rooms and 2 blast chillers.
Sunlong have product development specialist who design products and menus for individual requirements.
Our hand processing team cut to order daily, exactly how you would have it presented from your own kitchen, from slicing and dicing to julienne and chateau.
